Editorial Policy & Review Standards
Meet Anvi is committed to providing evidence-informed, honest, and actionable guidance for parents of young children aged 3 to 6. Here is how we create, verify, and maintain our published content.
Effective Date: October 2026 | Last Updated: October 16, 2026
1. Purpose & Editorial Independence
The primary mission of Meet Anvi's articles, guides, and curriculum analyses is to help families make thoughtful, healthy decisions regarding preschool digital education and early childhood literacy. While we develop the Meet Anvi iOS application, our editorial content is designed to be genuinely useful even if a parent never downloads our software.
We do not accept sponsored posts, paid placement from external app makers, or affiliate commissions that compromise the objectivity of our educational evaluations.
2. Research Standards & Sourcing
When discussing child screen time, pediatric media habits, or literacy milestones, we prioritize authoritative primary sources, including:
- Pediatric Guidelines: Peer-reviewed consensus statements from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
- Early Literacy Research: Evidence-based phonics instruction frameworks (National Reading Panel, synthetic phonics methods).
- Privacy & Regulatory Frameworks: The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), Apple App Store Review Guidelines for Kids Category apps, and GDPR-K.
We clearly distinguish empirical research findings from parental advice and pedagogical viewpoints.
3. Competitor App Reviews & Comparisons
Our comparison articles (such as comparisons with Khan Academy Kids, Duolingo ABC, or Endless Alphabet) adhere to strict accuracy standards:
- Verification: Competitor details are checked against each app's current App Store listing and its publisher's own documentation. Where we have used an app ourselves, we say so; otherwise we do not claim hands-on testing.
- Fair & Balanced Representation: We clearly highlight competitors' strengths, free offerings, and unique features rather than presenting one-sided criticisms.
- Factual Verification: Pricing, offline availability, subscription tiers, and supported age groups are verified directly against active App Store listings.
- No Automatic Winner Claims: We recognize that different apps serve different family needs (e.g., expansive multi-grade curriculums vs. focused, calm offline tracing).
4. Authorship & Attribution
Every published guide features clear author attribution. Our primary author and technical director is Pawan Rai, Founder of Meet Anvi. We believe parents deserve to know exactly who produces the software and writes the advice they rely on for their children.
5. AI Transparency & Human Oversight
In accordance with best practices for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and digital publishing ethics:
- Human Authorship: All educational strategies, product frameworks, and comparison insights are conceived, directed, and approved by human editors.
- AI Assistance Disclosure: Large language models may be utilized during the drafting phase to assist with structural outlining, readability formatting, and proofreading.
- Strict Verification: No AI-generated factual claims, statistics, or quotations are published without human verification against primary documentation.
6. Corrections & Content Maintenance
Preschool apps, operating system permissions, and pediatric recommendations evolve. We periodically review published articles to ensure currency. If an app updates its offline policy, pricing model, or privacy practices, we update the corresponding guides promptly.
If you identify a factual error, broken link, or outdated information in any of our guides, please notify our editorial team at info@meetanvi.com. We investigate all reader feedback and issue clear corrections when warranted.
